We continuously invest in modern production lines and expand steadily: Our latest addition is a factory for the production of 5 million electronic components yearly. It supplies all Vaillant sites with components required for the regulation and control of modern heat pump systems and gas heating appliances. With our new Johann Vaillant Technology Center – the modern brain of our research and development – we continue to develop quality products that set new benchmarks in heating comfort and efficiency.

A heat pump thrives on teamwork. Across Europe, 350 dedicated professionals at the Vaillant Group collaborate to perfect their design: From intensive research and thoughtful development to in-house manufacturing and extensive testing: Highest quality standards are at the core of everything we do.
But how do we ensure that our heat pumps are ready for any challenge? The answer lies in our philosophy of never compromising. And, of course, in over 300 rigorous tests. This is what makes Vaillant products market-leading solutions in heating technology.
Our gas boilers: pushed to maximum efficiency.
Nobody knows gas boilers better than we do. As the leading manufacturer we produce highly efficient appliances throughout Europe: 98 % of the combustion energy is used to generate heat. And we continue to work on improving the technology and finding solutions for the energy transition.
One element could play a central role in the heating transition: Hydrogen. And we at Vaillant are leading the way. From 2026, you can convert our and models to run on 100% hydrogen with our specially developed conversion kit. This commitment ensures our gas appliances are a future-proof investment for your home.
