Condensing combination boiler

Condensing boilers are compact heat generators, usually hung on the wall. Condensing boilers are the latest evolution of low-temperature boilers, which in comparison save 10% or more on heating costs and are more environmentally friendly. Since 2015, condensing technology has been the statutory standard for conventional heating technology because of its high efficiency.
A condensing boiler can convert almostall the thermal energy (calorific value) of fuels such as gas or oil into heating and hot water. If no explicit mention is made of an oil condensing boiler, then a gas condensing boiler is implied. There are condensing combination boilers that generate heat for the purpose of heating and those which additionally produce hot water. The latter is available as a compact boiler, which heats an external water storage tank, or as a combined boiler with an integrated instantaneous water heater or with an additional small water storage tank.
Fuel combustion produces flue gases, which are cooled down to 56 degrees by condensing technology in order to condense the water vapour contained in the fuel and to utilise the heat resulting from condensation. The condensation can be disposed of in condensing boilers with a capacity of up to 200 kW via the waste water pipe and the residual waste gases through a plastic waste gas pipe.
