Where to find the serial number on your myVAILLANT connect internet gateway.
Three ways to find your serial number quickly.

The mutli digit number is printed directly onto your device and will be found on the back of the device. Look for a label that includes the serial number along with other product information.
If your myVAILLANTconnect internet gateway has been installed with an ecoTEC plus boiler (model from 2023 onwards) it could be that your myVAILLANT connect has been installed directly below your boiler and you should be able to easily clip the unit from underneath your boiler to view the serial number.
Alternatively, if you have an older ecoTEC plus boiler, alternative boiler model or heat pump, your myVaillant connect internet gateway will be installed close by to your appliance, such as a nearby wall.

You can view the details and serial number of your myVAILLANT connect internet gateway and other Vaillant appliances on your myVaillant app. Via the settings option, you should have a list of all appliances in your heating system which will include the relevant serial numbers.

The serial number can often be found on the original packaging, take a look on the original packaging for your myVAILLANT connect device. Look for a label that includes a barcode – the serial number is usually printed nearly. It’s a good idea to jot it down or take a photo of it for future reference.
